Floating Sound Bath

Welcome to a FLOATING SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE!​

• Please show up early to pick set up your inflatables and change into your swimwear - bring a towel :)

• The Bayfield Rec Center has some pool noodles for use

• Janelle and Natalie will bring some lifejackets and random floaties

• Please bring your own floaties, if you can - whatever will make you comfy

• The pool is heated to 82 degrees, which can be cold if you're not moving around. A pool float that keeps your body out of the water is best, or a wetsuit - See below for pool float suggestion

• The sound bath will last a half an hour to accommodate the cold temperatures of the pool 

• The sauna is available for immediate use afterward

•  Pre-registration is required - please call or text Natalie @ 720-329-3112 with the number of participants and their names. 

• $15 suggested donation will be used to cover costs of pool rental
