My Story

I grew up in the Chequamegon Bay area, primarily Washburn. My ancestral roots are deep here with parents from Red Cliff and Bad River Reservations. Growing up in this small town vibe my mom wanted my sisters and I to know that the World is a big, huge place. I started traveling internationally at the age of five. I experienced other cultures, along with their customs and beliefs. This gave me a broad view of this life experience we're in. 

From a young age I've been extremely sensitive, and it was always a difficult thing to explain or cope with. For a number of years I fell into a life of addiction, trying to numb out my sensitivities and dull the pain that the spiral of addiction puts us through. I am grateful to have come out the other side. 

The modalities that I offer now were once first time experiences that helped guide me into the beautiful life of recovery, abundance, and Divine Love that I now have. I believe that a lot of healers have a story about coming out of the flames of hell like a Phoenix to rise up as something forever changed, for the better. My story is no different. 

I have come to understand that my sensitivities are a gift that I must lean in and listen to. While attending CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School and Clinic in St. Louis Park, MN, I learned how to stay present, focused, and "come back into my body". I first learned about the healing powers of Sound Bathing while attending a wellness fair in Superior, WI. Shortly after, I completed a Master Sound Healing Program through Life Changing Energy. Within a month of my first Sound Bath I experienced a ThetaHealing® Session. This was the most profound session of my life. I learned that I had a deeply rooted belief that "I was not worthy." During that session, I was able to release that belief and replace it with new, powerful, and beneficial beliefs of worthiness and love. My life has not been remotely the same since. After that, I have been steadfast in learning all that I can with the absolute purest intention to help guide others out of these lower states of consciousness; to wake up humanity to the absolute gifts that we have and ARE! There is no better place for me to give back this type of life changing work that right here, in my hometown area. It would truly be my greatest honor to help each and every one of you.
